2 Berth with 3 seat belts. Full Service completed June 2024. Full Habitation service completed in March 2024. Both batteries replaced in July 2024.

This is a lovely clean van, it has very few miles on it for its age and boasts Electric mirrors, Cruise control, 6 speed manual gearbox, Radio & CD player and a reversing camera. The van comprises a spacious kitchen with an oven and grill, 3 gas burner hob, Sink & tap with drainer, Fridge Freezer and plenty of storage space. To the rear of the van there is a separate bathroom offering a pull down vanity unit with wash basin, tap (hot & cold), cassette toilet, a shower and vanity cupboard. The lounge has one large sofa seat and a single chair which can be made in to two single bed or combined to make a large double bed.

The front passenger seat is a captains chair that turns around to create a seating area with the rear seats. There is a stow away table that can be used in the van or outside with a separate claw leg.

The van is heated with a Trauma Heating System and there is on board Hot & Cold Water provided from the onboard water storage and blinds & fly screens fitted to all windows. There is excellent lighting throughout the van and plenty of overhead storage plus a wardrobe.

Externally there is a pull down step for entering the side door, a roof mounted TV Ariel and 240V Hook Up/12V Leisure Battery (replaced in July 2024). The vehicle has a wind out Fiamma Awning installed and also comes with an Olpro drive away awning (only used once).

There are also power cables, levelling wedges and a hose for filling the onboard water system. There are signs of rust coming in the usual transit places. This has not been dealt with as we feel it is best to see the issues rather than covering it up. Price adjusted to reflect the need for some work on rust.
