2015 LWB High Roof Ford Transit 350 Camper Van Conversion

I bought this van in March 2023 and finished converting it in June, where I then lived in it until this October 2023. I ran out of time to finish the interior back doors and the side sliding door with fitting the cladding. However, I do have the carpet and adhesive needed to complete this part of the build to which I will give away with the van.

Nonetheless this van is ready for living in. I fitted a new drivers side door along with a new lock and trim, although cosmetically there are still bumps and scratches seen in the last few pictures. Mechanically, there is no problem.

The vehicle pulls and drives excellently, however I would say it is overdue a service and potentially brake pads. I will negotiate a reflected price for this or have the service done prior. The vehicle is also fitted with a tow bar. 2x 12v 130Ah AGM Deep Cycle Batteries wired in parallel (12v 260Ah Capacity). 2000W Renogy 12v Pure sine wave inverter with UPS function & Battery Monitor/shunt.

Rover Li 40 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller with bluetooth module. Renogy 20A DC-DC Battery Charger (Wire needs feeding to Ignition fuse - wire included).

Running on 12v system: (45l Fridge/freezer, Water Pump, Lighting system, Usb connector, Maxxair Fan Deluxe). Running on 230v system: Inverter: what ever is plugged in..

Air Fryer, laptop charger etc. I mostly used a Anker battery generator for day to day charging of phones etc but all wall USB connectors work nonetheless. 12V 100W & 200W Renogy Solar Panels wired in parallel.

All fuses and switches (with spares). 12V lighting system in parallel. This is a cold system only.

Fully working powerful water pump and accumulator. The faucet is normal and sprinkle. Water comes from 2x 25l (50l) water tanks in the rear - easy to refill. The grey water goes down the drain and into a 10l tank (Drain hole in the bottom of the van is advised however this system works for me). Not had a problem yet with plumbing.

For a more appealing look, rear doors and side door needs cladding (most material included). Bumps, dents and scratches - not the tidiest body work and needs a little love but not bad for age.

Service needed and possibly brakes. I will provide a full service included in the price or negotiate a reflected price. I would replace door seals (Rear and siding door). Could do with a thorough clean/valet in cab and externally.
