Ford Transit Campervan / motorhome

This is the medium height version of the SWB transit, so if you're under 6ft tall then you can stand up in it. Believed to be professionally converted this is a good set up for either 2 people or a single person. We used it in the highlands of Scotland over winter at temps down to -10C. The insulation definitely did the job.

Very comfortable with just a sleeping bag or 15 tog duvet. Suitable for off grid camping. A solar panel powers the leisure battery, which in turn powers the interior lighting, water pump and usb charging ports.

Twin hob stove powered by propane gas bottle. Proper blackout blinds fitted to sliding door window and also behind front seats. Plenty of storage; including a large garage at the back, kitchen unit, shelves and above-cabin cupboard. There is also a Thule bike rack (2 adult bikes) and new Rhino roof bars, which can carry 2 canoes or 3 large kayaks. Mattress size is small double (175cm x 125cm) - the base of the bed slides to half size to give space during the day for sitting, cooking etc. Highly rated tyres that provide grip on most terrain, wet grass, snow, gravel etc.
